Nancy’s 32 years as an experienced REALTOR®, and consistent successes have earned her lifetime membership in the ARA TOP PRODUCER-MILLION DOLLAR CLUB, a 2 time recipient of The Integrity Award in 2000 and again in 2018 from her previous firms and many great testimonials from her clients over the years. She has successfully assisted hundred of buyers, sellers, investors and tenants achieve their goals in all neighborhoods in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. She focuses most of her time working in the in town areas… East Atlanta, Grant Park. Kirkwood, Edgewood, Cabbagetown, Reynoldstown, Candler Park, Decatur, Druid Hills, Lake Claire, Virginia Highland, Toco Hills but also works OTP in Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Duluth, Suwannee. She came to Homestead (after many years with one company) to come back to the “roots” of the Boutique Company Intown. She brings to Homestead her passion for real estate and continues to be hands on with all her clients, and give them the personal quality service that she has been doing for 32 years. Being an investor herself she has a knack of finding great deals for her investor/buyers and know how to get them ready after closing to go into the rental pool. She goes full circle with many of her clients, from tenants, to buyers to sellers!

She is actively involved in the Jewish Community, Habitat for Humanity, and many other community events that happen in the Intown Area. Homestead Realtors just moved from the Virginia Highland/Morningside area to Historic Inman Park. Nancy enjoys spending time in her garden, gong to estate sales, the beach, music/concerts and spending time with family and friends. She and her significant other of 24 years Gary are avid sports fans, loves the Michigan
Wolverines and also is a divided household Ga Tech/Ga Dawgs, the Falcons, and the Braves. She loves being Nanny to her two grandchildren, and is so happy to have her children both living back in the Atlanta area.
